La coordinaci\u00f3n del proyecto corre a cargo de\u00a0Nancy C. Tuchman, Ph.D.Founding Director, Institute of Environmental Sustainability\u00a0and co-Director, Faculty Center\u00a0for Ignatian Pedagogy,\u00a0Loyola University\u00a0Chicago. INEA participa con tres aportes en el cap\u00edtulo de sistemas alimentarios. El profesor Dr. Jes\u00fas de Torres ha realizado los de Organismos modificados gen\u00e9ticamente (GMO) y el concepto de agricultura sostenible y la Dra.
